Susannah H. Wells was unanimously appointed head of school in December of 2011, having served as Pine Cobble’s interim head since July 2010. Mrs. Wells has been a part of the Pine Cobble community for nearly two decades, since she graduated from Williams College. She understands the operations of the institution from every angle – as an educator who has taught in every division of the school, as an 18-year coach of the athletic teams, as Director of Development, and as the parent of two Pine Cobble graduates – Lindley ’06 and Whitney ’08 – as well as a current parent of Annika ’12.
