Art
The art program fosters respect for the individuality of each student. It allows each student the freedom of investigation in a safe and supportive environment. Through the process of creating and experiencing different disciplines of art, the students acquire enthusiasm and an appreciation for the art experience. The program stresses originality, imagination, inventiveness and creative problem solving. Using their senses, the children explore visual and tactile elements of art and build skills in observation, drawing, painting, sculpture and ceramics.
