Art
Art is an important part of a Pine Cobble student's education. Students learn about balance, use of space, color, and texture as they explore a variety of mediums. Art is taught to be enjoyed, to be appreciated, in a manner that encourages students to do their best work, take pride in what they do, and support their classmates' artistic endeavors. Students experience art through drawing, painting, sculpture, sewing, and other techniques. Classes take advantage of the schools' proximity to world class art museums and the high-caliber of local artists that the community draws.
