In the 2011-2012 school year, we will begin a new chapter in Pine Cobble’s history: one that involves that Spanish language. We’re very excited to introduce our youngest learners to the world’s third most popular language — one that they will hear around them as they grow, and one that they will surely apply throughout their lives.

In the Early Childhood language program, the emphasis is on aural skills and encouraging oral participation. Students become more familiar with the use of another language through activities and hands – on play and practice. Simple salutations and word games are key components to the Early Childhood language class.
