History
Analytical skills, making connections, learning the art of research, and exploring the connections between the past and the present are fundamental skills that are emphasized in History. From the sixth grade study of Ancient Greece and Rome, to the seventh grade’s examination of United States History, the eighth grade’s look at World Cultures, and the ninth grade’s study of Modern World History, themes of individualism, societal responsibilities, liberty, and justice are explored in both past and present day.
